What a Yoga Beams Class Looks Like.

1.Circle Time & Centering
We start with a short mindfulness moment — light stretching, breathing, or a simple grounding activity to bring focus.

2.Breathwork
Each session includes fun, age-appropriate breathing exercises to help children calm their minds and connect with their bodies.

3.Warm-Ups & Flows
Kids get moving with gentle warm-ups and simple yoga flows to build flexibility, strength, and energy.

4.Games & Creative Activities
Every class includes a fun yoga game or mindful activity to keep kids engaged, smiling, and moving. No two sessions are the same!

5.Cool Down
Children transition into calming stretches or a gentle activity to help them wind down and reset.

6.Rest & Relaxation
To close, kids lie back and enjoy a peaceful moment. We guide them through a visualization, calming story, or quiet reflection.
